- How can you request the balance of your credit?
You can request the remaining balance of your calling credit in various ways. This can often be done by calling or texting a specific number. You can also request the balance of your calling credit online via the app or website of your provider.
- How do you upgrade online?
Topping up online is very simple and, importantly, fast! From your PC, tablet or mobile phone you go to a website where online top-ups are offered (make sure that this is an official site so that you do not fall victim to fraud). Here you enter your mobile number and indicate the amount with which you want to top up the call credit. Payment is via iDeal and credit card. After this, your calling credit is immediately topped up and you can move forward again.

A gift card is a pass that represents a certain value. You can give this pass as a gift if you do not know exactly what you want to give and therefore want to give a voucher. The recipient of the pass can freely spend the amount at affiliated web shops and physical points of sale. The amount never has to be drawn up in one go and can therefore be used at multiple times and at multiple affiliated points of sale.If you buy a gift card at a physical point of sale, such as the Albert Heijn, you pay for the card. If the recipient spends the amount on the card in a physical store, the card works like a debit card. If the recipient spends the amount on the card in an online store, the gift card works by entering the 16-digit PIN code on the card during checkout.If you buy the gift card online, you simply click on the type of card and the value you have in mind and pay it (for example via iDeal). you can choose to have a real card delivered to your home or receive it digitally, in the form of a 16-digit PIN code that you can use to pay online.

You can spend gift cards in as many places as you can buy them. For books, clothing, entertainment, food… You name it and it’s possible!

- Can I get my money back or exchange my purchase?
After payment you agree to receive your personal code immediately. Due to the nature of the products and the directly delivered code, the withdrawal period expires.

All our codes are identical and contain different numbers and letters. We recommend that you copy and paste the code, rather than copying it manually. If the code still does not work, we would like to ask you to send an email to email@example.com, we will help you personally.

All our codes are identical. Should you nevertheless receive a message that your code has already been used, we would like to ask you to email us. firstname.lastname@example.org, we are happy to help you personally.
