Your Lebara Unlimited credit remains valid indefinitely, as long as you top up, make calls, send texts, or use mobile data at least once every 90 days. If you don’t top up or use your credit within 90 days, you’ll only be able to receive calls and texts. Credit is valid for 30 days. If you don’t top up within 30 days, any remaining credit becomes unusable. After that, your credit and phone number will be deactivated, and your SIM card will no longer work. So your credit is valid for 30 days unless you use it for roaming, calling, or texting.

Your agreement will be terminated, and you won’t be entitled to any form of refund or premium services, such as paid SMS. So make sure to use your Lebara credit regularly to prevent your remaining credit from expiring. Be sure your free credit is deducted so it remains valid for longer than 30 days and becomes indefinitely valid, the same rules apply to promotional credit as to regular top-ups.
