How long is my Lebara One credit valid?
Lebara One credit remains valid indefinitely as long as you top up, make a call, send a text, and/or use data at least once every 90 days. If you don’t top up, call, text, or use data within 90 days, you will only be able to receive calls and SMS. Credit is valid for 30 days. If you do not top up your credit within 30 days, the remaining credit will become unusable. After that, your credit and phone number will automatically expire, and your SIM card will no longer work. So, credit is valid for a total of 30 days if not used for roaming, calls, or texts.
The contract will be terminated, and you will no longer be entitled to any form of refund or premium services such as paid SMS. So make sure to use your Lebara credit regularly to avoid losing any remaining balance. Ensure your free credit is applied so it remains valid beyond 30 days and becomes indefinitely valid, as the same rules apply to promotional credit.

Within the EU
When traveling within the EU, you can usually continue using your regular data bundles at no extra cost. If you want to use your data package outside the Netherlands (but within the EU), make sure to enable data roaming. The data packages offered by Lebara are generally valid in all European Union countries, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Outside the EU
Are you currently in a country outside the European Union? Then be aware that your regular data package will not be valid, and you won’t be able to use your "Dutch" bundle data. In this case, you can activate data roaming for an additional cost.

This means that Lebara does not have its own communication network but sells mobile telephony as a paid service under its own brand using the communication network of another operator.
