What is ReloadBase?

Our mission: to make digital cards available to everyone, at any time of day, on any device and from any location.

How do I top up credit?

If you do not want to take out a subscription, there is prepaid. The ideal thing about prepaid is that, as the name suggests, you pay for all your minutes, SMS and data in advance. In this way, you will not receive an (excessive) bill afterwards. You just use up your credit at some point – then you have to top it up again. You used to do this by texting a code to your own provider. You can still do that, but there are now ways to top up your credit online.

How do I ask for my credit balance?

You can check your remaining credit in various ways. By calling or texting a specific number, for example. You can also check your credit balance online via your provider’s app or website.

How do I upgrade online?

Upgrading online is very easy and, perhaps most importantly, very quick! From your PC, tablet or mobile phone, go to a website that offers online top-ups (make sure it’s an official site, so you don’t fall victim to fraud). Here you enter your mobile number and indicate the amount you want to top up with. You pay via the usual English payment methods. Afterwards, your call credit will be upgraded immediately and you will be ready to go.

How do e-gift cards work?

A gift card is a card that represents a certain value. The owner of the card is free to spend the amount concerned at affiliated webshops and physical points of sale. The amount never has to be spent in one go and can therefore be used at multiple times and at multiple affiliated points of sale.
When you buy a gift card at a physical point of sale, such as a supermarket, you pay for the card. If the owner spends the amount on the card in a physical shop, the card works as a debit card. If the owner spends the amount on the card in an online shop, the 16-digit PIN code on the card must be entered during checkout.
When you buy the gift card online, simply click on the type of card and the value you want. This value is then paid for. You can choose to have a real card delivered to your home, or you can receive it digitally in the form of a 16-digit pincode.

Where can I buy e-gift cards?

You can purchase gift cards from physical outlets as well as online. Please make sure you buy an official gift card to prevent fraud.

Where can I spend e-gift cards?

You can spend or buy gift cards in as many places as you like. Use your gift card to buy books, clothes, entertainment, food… You name it, you can do it!

What payment options do you offer?

At ReloadBase you can pay for each product with the usual English payment methods.

Can I get a refund or exchange my purchase?

After payment, you agree to receive your personal code immediately. Due to the nature of the products and the code that is immediately delivered, the withdrawal period expires.

I did not receive an e-mail after ordering my product, how is that possible?

It is possible that the confirmation has ended up in your spam box.
You can send an e-mail to [email protected], if the confirmation is not in your spambox, but the money has been debited. We will then help you further.

Why is my code not working?

All our codes are unique and contain different numbers and letters. We advise you to copy and paste the code instead of copying it manually. Does the code still not work? Please send an email to [email protected], and we will help you further.

Why do I get a message that my code has already been used?

All our codes are unique. In case you get a message that your code is already used, please send an email to hello[at]reloadbase.com. We are happy to help you.

How do I prevent scams and fraud?

To avoid being scammed, we give you some tips.

 

  • We do not offer anything on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp or other websites.
  • Have you been offered a code by someone, but you don’t know who it is? Do not accept it. If something seems too good to be true, it often is.
  • Use a code only on the official website of the product you bought.
  • Don’t change your codes to pay fines, loans or lotteries. This is also a scam.
  • Never give voucher codes, in whole or in part, by telephone or via e-mail and never use these codes to carry out transactions on Facebook, second-hand websites or auction sites.
  • We cannot block issued codes. It is always the customer’s responsibility not to give the code to third parties. If you have been scammed, we advise you to report this to the police.

What are fake e-mails?

At the top of the list of fake e-mail techniques is phishing. This well-known way of committing fraud has been used more and more recently. Supposedly from large companies such as your bank, you are asked for personal information or data, often through a link on a website.  No company, including Reloadbase, will ask for your personal data in this way. Not even to verify a code online or to be able to pay with a digital code.

What should I do if I have been scammed?

Have you been cheated and do you have hard evidence of this? Don’t hesitate to report it to the police. Then contact your bank and block your account. There is a good chance that criminal websites or fraudulent individuals have hacked into your account and are able to use it. We take reports of fraud very seriously and try to prevent it, but in the worst case we ask you to contact us using the contact form. We will then do everything we can to track down the fraudsters. In addition, we try to secure our website better every time to prevent fraudsters.
