I paid but did not receive a code.

My code does not work. What can I do?

I paid with PayPal, but my email address differs from the PayPal account

If the payment was made with an email address that does not match your PayPal account, we will refund the money. For security reasons, we only accept payments made directly with the email address linked to your PayPal account.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
